智能消防炮系统维护及保养知识！

其实消防炮应经常检查炮的完好性和操作灵活性，发现紧固件松动，应及时修理，使炮一直处于良好的使用状态。粉尘较大的场所，较好每季度或每月进行一次粉尘的清洁处理，尤其是探测及定位传感器部位，并做好登记。
一、消防炮控制中心部分检测及维护
1、消防炮控制主机应确保正常供电220V，50HZ。
2、每日巡检消防炮控制主机面板灯、显示屏、开关按钮、手自动切换钥匙等是否正常，显示屏有无故障显示。
3、消防主电源和备用电源之间的切换是否正常。检查方式是在自动控制方式下，手动切断消防主电源，观察备用电源的投入及指示灯显示;手动控制方式下，先切断消防主电源，再闭合消防备用电源，观察消防备用电源的投入运行及指示灯显示情况。
二、消防炮水泵、水路系统检测及维护
1、水泵：每月进行一次一般性保养(清理、禁锢螺丝、补油或换油处理);每半年进行一次全面保养(除污清理、禁锢螺丝、更换机油或油脂、更换防震胶垫);每月在消防水泵控制柜处启动消防水泵1--3次，每次运行不少于5分钟，检查控制柜和泵组运行情况，查看控制柜各项显示及反馈信号是否正常，查看泵组运行及增压情况是否正常，并做好相关记录。每月在消防控制中心启动消防泵组一次，查看其启动、停止和各项反馈功能是否正常，并做好相关记录工作。每月检查消防水泵动力运行是否正常，检查其流量及压力是否达到ZDMS系列自动跟踪定位射流灭火装置系统供水需要，保证不间断供电设备的状态是否完好。每月检查主、备泵之间的切换功能，并做好相关记录工作。
2、水路：观察稳压泵的启动频率，判断管路系统是否有渗漏。每月进行管路系统外观检查，检查管道有无机械损伤、油漆脱落、锈蚀等，检查管路固定是否牢固，发现问题应及时处理，并做好相关记录。每季度必须对不少于20%的管道末端进行放水，确保管道内水质良好。
消防炮厂家提醒大家：每季度应对备用电源进行1-2次充放电试验，进行1-3次主、备电切换试验。每年对消防水池的清污、排污不得少于两次。各项检测完毕后，必须使主机复位，进入正常监控工作状态。
